This reminds me of the Simpsons ep. where the Germans buy out the Nuclear Power Plant. One says they are from the "Land of Chocolate", so Homer imagines one. Complete with a chocolate dog that jumps into his arms. He takes a bite out of it. It runs away, yelping. Gotta love that sentient food angle, lol.
