Blackhole Stomach

I was originally going to have one of these ladies...a rare instance of a video game lady actually BEING all big, fat, and gluttonous in-game, and admired for their beauty within the games, too...featured in one of my Video Gains collections , buuuuut ultimately decided they were slightly too obscure, and required too much explanation, so instead she, and AN EXPLANATION, are going up right here!

The 'Badman' franchise on the PSP is a wonderful series of games, which unfortunately underwent way too many convoluted name changes, but if you want to try one, check out 'What Did I Do To Deserve This, My Lord!? 2' or the more simply named third game 'No Heroes Allowed!'

There's also a newer game for the Vita, but it's quite different, and I haven't played it, so can't vouch for it one way or the other.

In the games, you play as a God of Destruction who needs to burrow a dungeon out of monster-rich soil, so as to thwart heroes who come barging in, trying to arrest your evil minion, Badman. The games are truly unique, and equal parts fun, fascinating, and frustrating.

I love them.

The core of the gameplay is manipulating the dungeon's eco-system to breed the biggest, strongest monsters possible. There are many species, who all interact with and eat each other. One of the species are demonesses with various subspecies and mutations which you can trigger, including a whole chain of FAT demonesses.

Even better, every subspecies has an entry in the in-game almanac, and the entries for some of the fat demonesses are as follows, and I swear, I am not making these up, this stuff is all actually written in the game.

The entry for the subspecies 'Blackhole Stomach':

'Even more adept at the eating arts than the Chubby Lilith, these gargantuan girls can gobble up an impressive 16 Omnoms in a single second, and convert them into further folds of flab almost instantly. Those jealous of their success with the opposite sex started vicious rumors that it wasn’t their magnetic personalities, but the gravity generated by their enormous bodies that brings the boys running.'

And from the entry for 'Burly Girl':

'…these large ladies love their big, beautiful bodies, and think ‘diet’ is a four-letter word. They have legions of fans, who gather every month of meet their heroines, buy cookies pressed using their considerable weight, and exchange tales of Burly beauty.'

Pretty awesome. The quirky and cheerfully over-the-top 'GO, BIG FAT LADIES', GO' approach is near and dear to my heart, and I felt like these games deserve some love on this page for it. And so while their in-game sprites are simple and pixely and more representative than literal (though still clearly fatter than the normal varieties of their kind), here is my portrayal of one.

Oh, and in the game, these demonesses are devoured by another creature: tall, slender, pale beauties called Ladies. And while Ladies look like thin but large-chested queens emerging spirit-like from the floor, their almanac entry clarifies that the reason why only their torsoes emerge from out of the ground is that they're trying to hide the fact that their bottom half is all huge and fat.

Theeeeese games....

And I guess it means that if folks like this, it does have a potential sequel, just waiting to happen.
